Ammunition
This program describes and explains the different types of small arms ammunition in service. C-T-S.com has incorporated dynamic 2D and 3D graphics which demonstrates and shows in detail how to identify each type by markings. It also describes and explains all of the component parts.
The final part of the lesson includes servicing the ammunition bins. Using a step by step sequence, the student is guided through the servicing procedure. It identifies the cleaning tools required and shows how to strip clean and service the weapons.

Avionics
C-T-S.com has produced e-learning media that introduces and outlines the main concept of Avionics. The training programs include:

C17 GLOBEMASTER
C-T-S.com has delivered a variety of training programs on the C17. Modules are fully interactive where the student is required to attempt a number of questions on the subject.
Feedback is given after each answer. Questions include types of clamp functions, fitting, inspection and maintenance.
The aim of the e-learning media is to provide students with the underpinning knowledge and where possible the skills required to progress onto further training using PTT’s, simulators and operational equipment. Chinook
C-T-S.com has developed a number of alternative modules for the Chinook for the RAF.

Fuel System
This module explains the purpose of the fuel system. With the help of digital images and schematics it shows the location of the major components describes their function using animation, and briefly explains their operation.
APU System
This course explains the function of the APU. With the help of digital images
and schematics, it describes the main parts of the APU, theory of air flow, APU
fuel and oil systems, together with how to diagnose faults and corrective and preventative
maintenance procedures.
The RAF operates the largest fleet of Chinook Support Helicopters after the US Army, with a total of 34 HC2s, 6 HC2As and 8 HC3s (the HC3 has yet to enter operational service). The Chinook Wing, which forms the heavy-lift element of the Joint Helicopter Command (JHC), is based at RAF Odiham in Hampshire. Odiham supports three operational squadrons, No. 7 Squadron, No. 18 Squadron and No. 27 Squadron, and the Operational Conversion Flight.
The HC2 and HC2A aircraft are used primarily for trooping and for carrying internal and/or underslung loads and can carry up to 55 troops or 10 tonnes of freight. The cabin is large enough to accommodate two Land Rovers, while the three underslung load hooks allow a huge flexibility in the type and number of loads that can be carried externally. Secondary roles include search and rescue and casualty evacuation, in which role a total of 24 stretchers can be carried.
Electrics
C-T-S.com has developed and installed more than 36 Electrics programs. This module, which is for Mechanics and Technicians alike, includes 63 subjects.
The instructor has the ability to select all or part of the lessons from an easy to use Graphical User Interface (GUI). All the e-learning media has Security and Student audit facilities, to ensure that total accountability and control are afforded.
The training module describes the components and locations and explains the function of the DC Remote Position Indicating System including the procedures for diagnosing and rectifying faults.
The program also allows students to train in the skills of electrical fault finding. Using an emulator based on a bomb release system. This multimedia training course incorporates over 150 electrical faults typical of the real equipment.
Students can practice recognizing typical symptoms, fault diagnostics and the techniques required to rectify the problem.
From removing fuses to using test equipment this program captures all the procedures required to carryout electrical fault finding on the real equipment at a fraction of the cost, in safe working conditions with complete student accountability being recorded on the computer.
Harrier
C-T-S.com has produced a number of multimedia programs for the Harrier aircraft covering the Fuel System, Hydraulic Systems, Landing Gear and Airbrakes. We have also produced an exact ’Life Size’ replica, which is a complete fully operational Emulator of the main Harrier Cockpit Controls and Flight Instruments and Gauges.
A first in a series of 8 lessons covering the Harrier GR7 and T10 Fuel System. The module starts by describing the layout of the complete fuel system. It shows the location and describes each tank part. Using animated schematics, 2D graphics and digital photographs supported by text, it describes and explains the flow of fuel throughout the system, including the main components, their functions and basic operation. It also explains the fuel flow through the various valves and safety devices within the system.

MX-15
C-T-S.com has designed and produced e-learning and simulation on the MX-15 Electro-Optical and Infrared (EO/IR) Camera Imaging Turrets.

Sabre
Using a combination of 2D and 3D graphics this module describes the various types of fire fighting equipment used on the Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance Tracked (CVR (T)) Sabre vehicle. It shows the locations within the vehicle and explains the running checks to be carried out.
With aid of 2D graphics and digital photographs this training module describes and explains the controls and components and how to use the Gunners sight. Using 2D and 3D animations, graphics, digital photographs and video, it shows the operation of both the day and night sighting equipment, in addition to the operational, safety, testing and servicing procedures.

Sea King
C-T-S.com has produced fully comprehensive and technical training modules for the Westland Sea King, which includes very high quality and animated graphics which demonstrates a number of course subject matters, some of which include:

The Sea King is designed as a Naval Helicopter and has numerous features which make it well suited to embarked operations; these include powered folding rotor blades, a folding tail, robust undercarriage, a telebrief system and construction from materials resistant to salt water corrosion. The aircraft is a stable platform for Instrument Flying and is fitted with a comprehensive suite of navigation aids including an Instrument Landing System, much the same as that found in civil airliners. The Sea King HC Mk 4 has clearance to fly in certain icing conditions and is fully Night Vision Goggle compatible.
It is an all weather, day and night amphibious medium support helicopter and is cleared for operations from nearly all HM and many foreign warships. It is equally at home providing support to ground forces when ashore. The aircraft can seat up to 27 troops and is fitted with an external cargo hook capable of carrying underslung loads weighing up to 6000lbs such as Land Rovers and Light Artillery.

Striker

Super Lynx
Following on from the successful development of the Korean Super Lynx, C-T-S.com has been awarded a contract to produce training modules for the new Glass Cockpit Super Lynx for the Malaysian Navy Lynx Mk 100 and the Oman Navy Lynx Mk120 and the Brazilian Navy.
The module includes a total of 42 lessons covering subjects to the student such as introductions on the history, current deployment and roles of the Super Lynx Helicopter.
C-T-S.com has developed and installed 2D & 3D graphics which explains the characteristics, specification and capabilities of the aircraft. It includes an overview, introducing the twenty-eight modules that make up the suite ranging from Electrical Systems and Components, Fuel System Configuration through to Hydraulics, Transmission Systems and Maintenance Operations.
The course also deals with the general safety aspects and danger areas affecting the operation and maintenance of the Super Lynx. Using 2/3D graphics, animations and digital photographs supported by voiceovers and text it explains the hazards and precautions to be adopted.
T45
C-T-S.com has been commissioned to design Courseware for the new “D” Class T45 Destroyers.
The training material is been developed so that it can be further reused by applying a new theme (style), so the same course material can be delivered in different establishments, but with the look and feel tailored to the host training organization. It can be used for personalization of e-learning, further enhancements to the training’s custom-made feel, can be made by using versions of graphics/emulations specific to the individual; an example is that maintainers on later T45 platforms with different equipment states can be provided with the correct version of the equipment during training, allowing several maintainer in the same lesson to receive the correct modification state for the ship they are to join.
Further contracts have been awarded for C-T-S.com to provide IEP Simulator and NBCD Trainer e-learning. The electrical propulsion system simulator includes Propulsion Management System and local control panels to operate in steady state and reversionary modes, HV switchboard, LV switchboard, PWM converter, diesel generator, gas turbine, HV filter, LV filter, local control panels and ancillary equipment. Via instructor stations various scenarios and faults can be initiated allowing the training and assessment of students prior to operational deployment.
Terrier
C-T-S.com has been awarded a contract to provide over 800 modules ranging from topics such as:

Terrier is a tracked, armored, engineer vehicle that can be equipped to fulfill a variety of military tasks. The bucket at the front enables the 2-man crew to dig and grip large, heavy objects. It is also equipped to fulfill a variety of military tasks.
Tornado
C-T-S.com has developed a wide range of Tornado programs for the Tornado F3 Aircrew Training School, Tornado Maintenance School and the Tornado Tri National Operational Conversion Unit. These are highly innovative and interactive training solutions. They effectively combine high quality 2D and 3D graphics, video, text and audio, together with on-screen equipment emulations into a unique multi-media learning experience. To date, C-T-S.com has produced and delivered these training solutions to the MoD’s of the UK, Germany, Italy and Saudi Arabia, and is continuing to develop e-learning media under a Post Design Service contract.
The multimedia applications are used by both aircrew and ground crew and have been developed for delivery by an Instructor, Computer Aided Instruction (CAI), and for student self-paced learning and revision, Computer Aided Learning (CAL). Emulation enables all trades to operate systems, learn and practice operational procedures. Consisting of 27 lessons covering all of the aircraft systems, this program is supplemented with further lessons on specific equipment fits.

Turret Systems
This multimedia training course forms the introduction to the FV510 Warrior. It identifies and describes the main components including the Personnel and Vehicle Safety Precautions to be adopted.
It is first of a two part training module, which forms the introduction to the FV510 Warrior Turret, it identifies, describes and explains the function of the main components of the Commander, Gunner and Driver stations using and presented in 2D and 3D graphics which are also supported by voiceovers, digital photographs and text.
The module makes extensive and detailed use of video and 2D and 3D graphics, to show the internal views of the turret, components and Electrics. In order to operate as a team, each member of the crew must be familiar with the equipment, its location and how to operate it efficiently. The student is taught the components use and operation of the Elevation Traversing and Power Gears.
With aid of 2D graphics and digital photographs this lesson describes and explains the controls and components of the Raven Sight. Using 2D animations and video it shows the operation of both the day and night sights.
VC10
C-T-S.com has designed, produced and installed a range of fully functional and comprehensively detailed technical CBT modules for the VC10 aircraft, that include high quality graphics and interactive animations. Our training modules demonstrate various applications and subjects which include:

The VC10 aircraft is predominately used for carrying troops, with accommodation for 124 Passengers and 9 Crew. It has the use of a large cabin-freight door on the forward left side of the aircraft, which allows easy conversion of the aircraft into a dual-role passenger/freight or full-freight configuration. In its full-freight role, the cabin can hold up to 20,400kgs of palletised freight, ground equipment or vehicles, on its permanently strengthened floor.
The aircraft can also be used for aero-medical evacuation, for which up to 68 stretchers may be fitted. The crew normally comprises of two pilots, a weapon systems officer, a flight engineer, an air loadmaster and up to three air stewards. This aircraft is used almost exclusively to carry ground crew and other operational support personnel and is a significant asset to the RAF, enabling the rapid deployment of troops and their weaponry, and fast-jet fighter aircraft, to any theatre of operations around the world.
Warrior
C-T-S.com has developed e-learning media for the FV510 Warrior. It identifies and describes the main components including the Personnel and Vehicle Safety Precautions to be adopted.
The module also includes subjects such as Personnel and Vehicle Safety Precautions to be adopted when working with the vehicle. It also describes the main components of the Muzzle Boresight. In a step by step sequence, it explains the preparation procedure required, prior to carrying out sight alignment. It describes the characteristics of the Multi Barrel Smoke Grenade Discharger and its operation. In addition, it explains the operating, safety, testing and servicing procedures.
C-T-S.com has produced a Servicing Armaments three part CBT module, which forms the introduction to the 30mm RARDEN Gun and L94A1 Chain Gun.
